I learned that every country faces at least one challenge and the most challenges I heard was about GDP per capita, % living under poverty, and polution. For example, East Timor’s GDP per capita is $400 and 42% of the population is under poverty. There were three country located very near but had very different GDP per capita. United Arab Emilates had $43,000, Oman had $13,000, and Yemen had $3,000. I also learned that there are so much difference in % of people who owns cell phones. While Sri Lanka’s cell phone owners is 0.25%, Taiwan has 109% who owns cell phone. All these information were very interesting because I could see the difference in all the countries so I would like to know more about the countries in the world.
